Vote for proven leadership for Brentwood City Commissioner
Ken Travis
First elected in 2015 – I immediately volunteered on the Planning Commission for four years. My focus was responsible and properly planned growth. The results are evident in subdivisions like Oman, Taramore, and Witherspoon.
Attended police roll calls, frequently visited fire stations, participated in multiple meals at our Public Works building with employees, spoke regularly to our Police Chief and Fire Chief, and attended ribbon cuttings, Boy Scout meetings, and retirement functions for city personnel.
Born and raised in Tennessee, Ken has been married to his high school sweetheart, Rhonda, for 51 years and is committed to his Faith, Family, and the Future of The City of Brentwood.
As an incumbent City Commissioner running for a third term, I have observed, participated, & learned what the citizens of Brentwood want & expect.
Maintaining our 1-acre density is a driving force in our community planning. Brentwood is a unique residential community in Williamson County - residential living accented with commercial development.
Closely monitor the re-development of Maryland Farms. Responsible and proper planning is needed to ensure Brentwood’s future as a suburban residential community. This must be maintained through traditional zoning regulations.
Begin early planning and implementation of a 2nd WASTE STORAGE FACILITY for the Northeast side of town.
Dedicated to maintaining Brentwood’s quality of life – including open spaces, rolling hills, trees, parks, and wonderful neighbors.
My electronic email updates help keep citizens informed of happenings and events in the City of Brentwood.
